Apply to participate

An application begins a documentary process against the RM10 standards. Submitting an application does not confer participation status, a review outcome or any endorsement.

  1. Step 1

    Expression of interest

You submit basic firm details and the scope you wish to be considered for.

  2. Step 2

    Documentary intake

We request governance, policy and operational documentation relevant to the RM10 standards.

  3. Step 3

    Defined-scope review

Submitted evidence is assessed against the standards in force, with scope recorded explicitly.

  4. Step 4

    Register record

Where appropriate, a profile is created stating participation status and review scope.

Scope Notes

Markers in the text above resolve to the full boundary wording below. These notes define what this page records — and what it does not claim.

  1. 4.

Paid participation and visibility: Programme fees support administration, profile maintenance, evidence handling, certificate verification, directory operation and annual updates. Fees do not determine criteria status, regulatory status, firm quality, investment suitability, broker safety or third-party acceptance.

  2. 5.

Profile ordering: Register ordering may reflect profile completeness, update recency, programme status and user-selected filters. Ordering does not rank firms by quality, safety, regulatory standing, financial strength, investment suitability or client outcome.

  3. 6.

External links: External links are provided for identification, reference or participant profile purposes. Third-party websites are operated by their respective organisations and are not controlled by BlackCores Responsible Markets.
